This is a high quality oak table and high back chairs with a reddish oak or cherry like finish.
The table is 40" wide by 60" long without the leaf. The extension leaf is 18", which makes the table 40" wide by 78" long.
As you can see in the photos the top could use a refinish. We had a table cloth over the table for most of the time and that I think is what caused the finish wear on the top surface. There are no other defects, cracks or delamination to the table. The underside of the table has lever cam locks that hold the table closed with the leaf in or out.
There are a total of (6) high back oak chairs. (1) of the (6) chairs needs some spindle tightening or glueing. The sixth chair base and back are intact but the has a broken leg and needs repair or rebuild.
