Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Metro)

Maple Plain, MN

Job Summary:

Viridian is currently hiring a full-time customer service and inside sales representative. This person will work alongside a very upbeat and friendly team. They will primarily be answering phones and working directly with customers to answer questions and solve problems. Outbound sales calls are also a significant part of the role. Viridian is a recognized leader in innovative green laser sights, weapon mounted tactical lights and holsters in the firearm industry.

Duties Include:

-Making outbound sales calls
-Answering incoming phone calls
-Answer customer service questions via email/phone
-Order entry
-Working as a team with other inside sales reps
-Growing product and industry knowledge
-Issuing RMAs
-Participating in sales team meetings

Required Qualifications and Skills

-Computer and typing skills required
-Strong team player with a fun, positive attitude!
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Reliability is a must
-Competency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Call Center/Customer Service experience preferred

Work Hours

-Office hours are Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:00 pm
