They're a bunch of jerks. I stopped by and walked around for a good half hour before they even asked if I needed help finding things.

I'd go to Gander Mountain before I'd ever spend a dime with these jokers.

I went there once in October. Still waiting for him to call me back. I'll just stick with Element.

My experience was completely different. Every time I have been there I have been greeted right away and they were patient with me being a newb to AR's. I think it was David even went as far as installing two different safety selectors on their display rifle to help me make a decision. Keep in mind this was before the panic. But this will be the first place I go to make any AR related purchases in the future.

Atomic is WAY better than Element at least if your building or even modifying your AR. Not bashing Element at all but they could do better. The only problem Atomic has is they are way busy and can only do so much, I think their business grew considerably faster than they expected and are struggling to meet everyone's needs but they do well with what they have.

If you don't like them then go elsewhere, more stuff for me to buy. ;)

Doesn't help that we're in the worst panic buying frenzy since 1994 either.

Even before the shtf they were really busy, stuff was flying out of the store as fast as they could get it in for the most part.

They have been great for me. Found out about this forum there. FFL transfers are $15 +$5 each additional. Midwest Pawn charged me $30 per. They open at noon.

I have been, and will continue to express how happy I am with them, and their service. When I was in a bind and needed some help, they let me come into there shop (on a busy saturday) use their bench/tools, and then helped me with some stuff for my AR. I did buy some stuff that day, and I regretted not buy more from them as a type of thanks.

When stuff settles down, IF stuff settles down there are some things I would like to get and you bet I will go to them first.

I'm still trying to figure out how you could possibly walk around the store for half an hour without them talking to ya. :)

Romulan cloaking device?
Perhaps a cloak on invisibility?

Been wondering that, myself. I've never been inside, but driving by, the place does not appear to be a huge retail area.
