Gun Smith Recommendations?

I'm located in the Brooklyn Park but would have no problem driving up to an hour to get to a quality, trained gun smith. I need to get a scope mount hole drilled/tapped in my brand new browning SS X-Bolt (duh-oh, but thats another story  ). Looks to me like the barrel will have to be removed in order to do it (the barrel threads are visible at the bottom of the scope base hole) and thats more than I want to tackle. Any ideas?

My understanding was that Bob Odenthal, Prior Lake only worked on shotguns but I may be wrong. I know he does not work on pistols, maybe just long guns.

Thanks for recommendations! I dropped my rifle off with Bob Odenthal in prior lake.

Review of work would be appreciated once you pick it up, just in case I would decide I can't just dremel everything on my own guns.
