That is why they took it!!! the gun is really a robot that will load its self and start turning on humans.... :o :o :o :o

Or maybe they got a tip from the gun shop owner that the guy just bought some nice guns that the police have been wanting....

Oregon as a state has an odd mentality. The biggest newspaper. the Portland "Oregonian," is very anti-gun. I lived in the Portland area for five hard years...

My guess is the reporter heard "H&K USP" and having absolutely no idea what those 5 letters meant promptly hit wikipedia to figure it out:
The USP (Universale Selbstladepistole or "universal self-loading pistol") is a semi-automatic pistol developed in Germany by Heckler & Koch GmbH (H&K) of Oberndorf am Neckar as a replacement for the P7 series of handguns.

He wasn't even getting fired, he was put on leave while a dispute he had with a superior was being mediated by the Union.

This case is BS all around, and he'll sue and win truckloads of money. BTW, he's been released, they still haven't charged him, and he's waiting to get his guns back.
