My question would be your at the State Fair or Target and one of these people happen to be there just walking around. Do they have to wear an alert device so you know where they are?

I also saw something today that stated the only purpose for a 33 round magazine was for mass killings.

I have a couple of 50 round mags for my Ruger 10/22 If thats for killing it also must be for making hamburger.
