exactly.....as Rand Paul has argued....
Discrimination should only be outlawed in PUBLIC sector, not private.....We discriminate all the time.....just stop and think about it.....if you didn't pre-judge and discriminate....we would call you a fool and niave.

This is a very bad road to go down. If your rights to run a business are absolute, you can make arguments for removing other limitations, such as letting the Ford company dump all their motor oil in the Mississippi (the invisible hand will clean it up!), or serving e-coli rat meat as Kobe beef burgers (hey, if they don't like the taste they can not come back, amirite??).
There should be some reasonable regulations when you're running a business. Restriction on denying service to someone because of their race should probably fit under the "reasonable" category. You can put up as many confederate flags as you want and say what you want, but outright denying...not so much.

Cain and others would have a hell of a time in your world.

Are you saying that as a business owner I can not look at a person......get a a feeling that he is going to be a complete pain in the ass customer, that ends up costing my business money...and refuse to do business with him? Businesses do this all the time..... One should be able to do business whih or WITHOUT whomever they choose, and let the MARKET put thim out of business if those choices are BAD acording to the general population.....

You have already proven that you cannot make a knowledgeable and prudent decision under the law."

This bull **** drives me nuts. Granted, this isn't really the same, but it's a major factor in why I don't care to go to BPR anymore. I have taken a friend of mine (that is not white) there a few times to introduce him into shooting. He's extremely safe, follows every rule, is extremely friendly and respectful, and dresses in a much more professional manner than I do. That said, I am sickened by the way other customers (and a few employees- never Roger or the gal, I forget her name) there look at him and myself. Like, "why did you bring him here?"
**** you.
I guess what I'm getting at is, what's the point? I see his remark about Obama, sure."We will attempt to teach you all the necessary information you need to obtain your [Concealed Handgun License]," the ad says. Voting is a choice. Being from [where the **** ever] is not. I was BSing with a middle eastern fella wearing a camo Remington cap at Cabela's a few months ago at the shotgun counter. He got his first deer last year with a rifle, and just purchased some land in a shotgun zone. Picked up a shiny new 870. And yet this guy would have been turned away. Lame. **** that guy, I reiterate."Why should I arm these people to kill me? That's suicide."
Oh, so a permit to carry is what enables someone to kill you? Good to know. Bet that quote gets used by someone in Brady.
infidel wrote:This thread is about a man who does not want to provide carry permit training to a members of a religion/"cult" who want him to die, convert or pay the kaffir tax. The bottom line is, can you sell to whom you want, what you want, at the price you want without someone telling you what to do. In a free market if someone is "discriminated" against, they or someone else will cater to the disenfranchised and make lots of money. I believe it was Tweener in a post earlier who put it more eloquently, but private services should/can discriminate, public services should/can not discriminate. If Hell's Angels came in every night to my diner and trashed the place, I should be able to discriminate against the damn gang bangers. My apologies to any Hell's Angels who may be lurking.
