Yup you go tell a cop at JFK that you have a gun, oh and your picture is a firearm by the way.
Because you think you know something, which you clearly don't and you resort to getting personal.
So where do I send the plane tickets to?
The NYPD is stepping up their war against illegal guns, with a new tool that could detect weapons on someone as they walk down the street.

FOPA/LEOSA overrides NYS law. Apparently you have a hard time accepting this, but I suppose that's not hard to fathom since you were a mighty "armed officer" in NYS.Pinnacle wrote:Can you say CRIMINAL POSSESSION of a Weap[on? I knew that you could. You dont like the law, dont travel there. Wanna change it? Do it the right way and not with a "Test Case" or other such nonsense.
Can you say FALSE ARREST and UNLAWFUL DETENTION? This is what I would do...
Pack the pistol below unloaded without ammo in the trunk of a chartered limo as I left Rhode Island:![]()
Head west towards Minnesota and go to the JFK Airport where I would go to the curbside check-in. I would let them know I have a firearm to declare (but not yet remove it from the trunk) and see how they would like to handle it from there... If they don't allow me to check it in then I'll proceed on my way towards Minnesota in the same vehicle.

I didn't resort to getting personal, I simply bought up a fact you mentioned in this very thread.
The Police in New York will generally arrest anyone who has a handgun even if it's in accordance with FOPA, or other laws. They've even harassed/arrested off duty police officers who've been transporting firearms. The city is distorting the law and only recognizing FOPA as an affirmative defense.
Besides bragging about paying for a plane ticket what's your point? You apparently don't think a person can successfully go after a government institutions and agencies when their rights have been violated... I'll let Rosa Parks know right way..

Pinnacle wrote:My point is you run your mouth endlessly just to hear yourself blabbering. Plane tickets are still available upon request when you are ready to put your money where your mouth is...... Long story short, your points are pointless, your arguments are unsubstantiated, and your bravado is boundless until someone calls your bluff. Ready for plane tickets yet? If not there is nothing more to say.
Every time I read a post of yours it is like a little kid throwing an epic tantrum.
Pm me if you would like to continue blabbering. In a match of wits, facts, and real experience you are unarmed.

Refresh my memory. What Department was that, again?
