Like you said the logo is conveniently located over his head for the majority of the clip. I find it hard to be able to call this piece damning(the clip from ABC news).

I'll call it damning. I don't think that it's an accident that ABC placed the logo where they did.

I suspect it's about as much an 'accident', or unintentional/ without motive as is the continual broadcasting of the anachronistic photo of a cherubic youngster.
I don't usually watch much TV. But in the past 24 hrs I've seen more editorializing and slanted, prejudicial reporting on this topic, with any sense of objectivity or critical thinking long abandoned, than any issue I can recently recall.

I wasn't trying to imply that. Sorry for being vague. I was trying to say that someone with an agenda could drag their feet getting a patient copies of his/her own medical records. In this case, delay or prevent Mr. Zimmerman from transmitting his records to his own counsel. You are correct though, once a court order is issued it's pretty much a done deal.
