White Hispanic shoots black male (stand your ground) in Florida, 2nd degree murder charges!

President Obama says, at 57 second mark...http://youtu.be/Csa9fnVc1VU

Is it out of line? His own words. Only difference, No charges filed this time? Why?

This is pretty easy...that is not the only difference. Nearly, if not, every fact other than those you've listed are completely different between the cases. :?
If you are reading this, there is a better than average chance that you are a d-bag.

However, and please correct me if I'm wrong, did the old guy then cross a legal line by what appears to be pursuing the bad guys, continuing to fire? Again, by MN legal standards is what the question is concerning.

Is the threat necessarily over because they've stumbled out the door?

Does glass stop bullets?

To me, the answer to both of my questions is, "No," so I think Geezer would still be OK in MN. However, an anti-gun county attorney might think otherwise.

I'm just curious. It seems that in the past year or so there have been many stories similar to this that some members have jumped on saying "What if..." and "this could have made us look bad".

What makes this situation different? You could still play with those what ifs.

Just glad to see two criminals fill their pants with a little taste of what they are giving out, or threatening to. Hopefully they learned a lesson instead of coming in guns blazing next time.

I think that when a situation like this or similar goes down, one would throw out the ideas of "what ifs" and could care less about "is this gonna make us look bad." One would be more focused on getting out of the situation alive no matter what.

Uninterrupted and unequivocating video of the event. Third person narrative.

John Boyd is full of it. He's an occult nutcase, not some aerial combat genius.

You should probably take a break from the forums for a little while, until you can get a good nap in at least.

Maybe you should stop being stupid and backup your posts instead of trying to antagonize people. A pentagram does not automatically equate to the occult like a swastika does not automatically mean Nazi. If you're going to use such symbols you better have a damn good reason for it, which John Boyd doesn't.
