I realize that. Just being sarcastic. Though I have had a cold holster at a few of the winter matches :)

“Hands on the Xs. When you hear the buzzer, give 'em hell.”

I must have missed these new commands when I took the RO class.

Great writeup!

FYI, interesting thread on ENOS about safety of USPSA

Well like I said earlier I'm sure "Give em' Hell" was her own little flair to make a more exciting article. For a young female reporter with no fromer knowledge of our sport and no experience with guns, I think she did pretty good. When she first got there she was a little hung up on our "people" targets, but I explained to here that they just offer different scoring possibilities and she kind of backed off the subject. Thankfully nothing went to print about how we were "shooting people". I'm going to stay in touch with here and try to do a "one on one" practiacal shooting introduction, just to see what happens. Let her shoot a few poppers and see if we can't a grin going!

Anyways here's a link to the online version of the story. Our online paper keeps track of the "Most read" stories, so everytime you check it out your keeping us at the top of the list.http://www.morrissuntribune.com/event/article/id/28566/group/News/

I was able to read the article without a login. Good pictures -- I liked the CAD drawings of stage layouts.

Great opportunity, and I thought it was a good article overall. Very cool.

Cool. Could have just been acting weird on my phone. The 3D program I use to draw up the stages is Google Sketch-up. It's a free down load and there are tons of targets and props stored an an on-line warehouse you can use. There's a bit of a learning curve to it, but it saves us a ton of time setting up at the range.

Got a suprising call tonight from a gal in the metro area saying she and her husband would like to come to our next match (beginning shooters). I told her there are lots of opportunities to shoot these types of matches much closer, but she said that after seeing our article she wanted to to come out here.... Awesome. If anyone hasn't seen it here's a link to the article recently ran on the front page of our local newspaper........ and no you don't need to log in like mentioned before. I think my phone was just on crack that night. Anyways here it is http://www.morrissuntribune.com/event/article/id/28566/
