Um, kay,

So you can cut andd paste. What does that prove. Nothing you posted states that Google is in violation of ADA. It applies to all equally. Your arguement is based soley on your opinion that google shopping is the sole source of your ability to access these items, when it is not. This is like saying that if a grocery store goes out of business and the next one is 2 blocks farther down, it would be illegal for them to go out of business because it would now be farther for some to travel, especially those covered under ADA. Your arguement does not hold water.

I have to believe that legitimate ADA issues would be snapped up by the law industry; either as class actions, or pro bono work. The contingency fees and/ or publicity would be of great value to them. What does your attorney advise?

You do realize that he's going to file a lawsuit against us for violating his First Amendment rights. MGT, much like google, provides an essential service to the country and is therefore morally and legally required by the ADA to ensure full access to him!
