I don't think they're looking in his - or your - back yard.

Perhaps with the Navy connection they should be?

Sure, if they have a warrant. ;-)[/quote]

So do they need a warrent to fly a helicopter over your backyard? If so I have some commercial traffic that has been incroaching on my airspace that I need to address.

Fly over? No.

Take pics of my wee wee? Yes.

Actually, that is a good question. What is case law on reasonable privacy expectations of a fenced in back yard?

Correction, 0 for 3

There was another truck that was rammed and shot at the other day, the truck was totalled due to being rammed....That matched the suspects truck, but yet the original truck was burnt almost to ashes, and they are still looking for the truck.

I see three lawsuits already, I know the two ladies have a lawyer as well as the most current guy. Not sure about the second victim.

The missing second guy you are referring to was the truck being rammed incident to me. The 0 for 2 was incidents, not total people.
