Their drones will regularly suffer and die.

unless they have a wireless feed to a recorder somewhere else, knocking the drone out of the sky and making it disappear would be an easy task - I thought I saw an article about some sort of groups drone being shot down last year.

not sure it would really help them. unless they capture something illegal - so what.

Funny how the howls of protest would go up if the tables were turned.

I'd be happier if it was Ducks Unlimited running something like this, but I'm not morally offended to my core over this.

It's illegal to harass people while they are trying to hunt. Flying a **** drone over me is definitely going to fall into the harassment category.

Someone should probably tell PETA, I'm sure they are all law-abiding citizens and wouldn't think of breaking the law for political points.....

What about if they are flying over public land when it isn't hunting season?

You know... catching poachers and the like.

True. What's your opinion of when they go into the farms with hidden cameras? Valuable service, or criminal activity?

Is it legal? The OP refers to illegal activity.

Game Warden to hunter: "May I see your Hunting License Please?'
Hunter: "Certainly and you will notice right next to my Duck Stamp I DO have a Drone Stamp"

Game Warden: "Looks like everything is fine, you have a nice day and be safe!"
