How could they press charges? Where does Double Jeopardy come into effect. As I understand it, you cannot be charged twice for the same crime, once you are found not guilty by a jury of your peers?

Granted, we don't have the details of the case but this looks like a travesty of justice.

But then again, you don't fire warning shots- you shoot to stop a threat. This is why you consult an attorney before you make a statement. In the words of Joe Freedberg- it costs you $10,000 per word for me to undo the damage you inflict by talking to the police without me there.

I've been watching MSNBC and I wish I could take a nice screen capture...they all look so dejected...like they just canceled Christmas or something...they're sooooo sad. They were going to stomp all over that fat doofus Zimmerman for the next week and now their fun is gone.

It's been great Info-Tainment. I'm a Fox Partisan but switching between CNN, HLN, MSNBC and Fox and Fox is really Head and Shoulders above the others in appealing to the intellect.

HLN (Hysterical Ladies Network) can't be taken seriously ...it's 80% game show...not worth mentioning.
