They're playing the interview with Juror 37 regularly over at CNN.

It's the most refreshing bit of information from the last few days. She's had a carry permit herself and is very reasonable. Must see.

I know, right? I miss the good old days when bigots and racists had the common decency to keep their mouths shut when in public. It's a sad reflection on the gun community that they think they are among enough like-minded individuals that they feel empowered to let their real feelings show, instead of hiding them deep in the closet where they belong.

I'm a bit disgusted by things on both sides of this one. Neither side did anything surprising to me at least.

This is a lessons learned thread. If he didn't know that before these threads started, then he is a *REAL* slow learner! ;-)

I can guess who he is talking about though!

This trial has shown how stupid people are.

All these idiots who are so outraged don't even know the facts of the case. When you know the facts, Zimmerman is clearly guilty of nothing. Case is point, listen to the juror interview, they had no choice but to find him not guilty.

It really goes to show how incapable of critical thought the sheeple masses are.

Baldy lawyer and nerd lawyer were on Hannity last night.

Most memorable statement: 'It was a 45 second beating that cost Trayvon Martin his life'

Yep. 45 seconds of life threatening assault. The jurors knew this. He didn't have to objectively prove it...If he perceived a threat to his life it was indeed a REAL threat to his life.

Note: Don't miss the CNN interview w/ juror #37...it's a window into the jury room and fascinating.

Also: Isn't there a 'Runaway Bus' with Al Sharpton's name on it anywhere?

Guns are bad though. Had Trayvon shot Zimmerman simply for his wallet this would barely be news. If it's a legal gun, it makes the news since it did something "bad". If it was on the streets of Chicago...different story.

... had Zimmerman been far less "white", this wouldn't've been news, at all!

Authorities initially declined to charge him!

... wasn't til obama said "Trayvon could be my son", and sent a crew from the DOJ down, that they "changed their mind"!

If anyone believes this travesty had absolutely the tiniest, least little thing to do with anything other than "race", they're an idiot!

The ONLY thing that had nothing to do with "race", was the jury's verdict!

I'll spell this out for thems that're logically-challenged ...

Had Zimmerman been "black" (enough), he'd've never been charged! ... let alone, have most of the free world condemn him as a racist!

... that he was too "white", and because of that, he was charged, and most of the free world condemned him as a racist, leaves no question, whatsoever, that anyone who believed he was guilty, is themselves, racist!

http://frontpagemag.com/2013/dgreenfield/george-zimmerman-wasnt-on-trial-we-were/

Trayvon Martin became every black teenager everywhere. George Zimmerman became every white man everywhere. The simplified portraits of both men transcended their identities and defined them solely by the media’s construct of their races. They stopped being individuals and became characters in a familiar media story; “White” and “Black,” “White Racist” and “Minority Victim.”
