Author Brad Thor offers to buy George Zimmerman gun of his choice

How many people would like to see me buy a new gun in Chicago and present it on TV to George #Zimmerman?

After his acquittal last Saturday night, George Zimmerman was dismissed by Judge Debra Nelson with the words, “you have no further business with the court.” That’s not exactly true — while Zimmerman walked out of the courthouse without his GPS tracking bracelet, the man who is the subject of multiple death threats also left without his gun, which remains with the Sanford police. Why? The Department of Justice, which is weighing civil rights charges against Zimmerman, put a hold on all evidence in the case, including his firearm. Attorney General Eric “Fast and Furious” Holder isn’t about to lose track of this gun.

Fortunately, freedom-loving author Brad Thor has stepped up with an offer, through George’s brother Robert, to purchase Zimmerman the gun of his choice.

He was asked about the offer on Friday morning on “Windy City Life.”

“At what point do we let an American citizen get done with the justice process?” Thor said. “I mean this is a big deal, this could happen to anybody. If the government can keep hounding you, this guy’s life is ruined at this point. I know we have a dead child here but he was found not guilty by a jury of his peers. Trayvon Martin wasn’t on trial, George Zimmerman was, and he’s not guilty…at what point does he get to recommence his life?”

James Woods Slams Obama on Twitter After Trayvon Speech

James Woods, the veteran actor, slammed President Barack Obama on Twitter this week after the president spoke in the aftermath of the George Zimmerman case.

“The race issues in America that have bedeviled this nation for decades could be greatly resolved with JOBS and EDUCATION and SKILLS TRAINING,” he wrote. Later, he added: “Racial integration has worked in the Armed Forces because everyone has a job, gets training in a skill, and MUST respect the rank of others.”

His tweets were retweeted hundreds of times.

Woods, who indicated last year he would vote for Mitt Romney, took the opportunity to slam Obama’s fiscal policies.

“ALL youth of every heritage in this country would benefit from jobs and manageable student loans, NOT a bloated Welfare State,” he wrote.

On Friday, Obama spoke about his experience as a black male living in America, referring to the Trayvon Martin shooting case following the acquittal of Zimmerman, who was charged in the 17-year-old Florida boy’s death.

“There are very few African American men who haven’t had the experience of walking across the street and hearing the locks click on the doors of cars. That happens to me — at least before I was a senator,” he said.

Woods took a shot at Obama over his statement.

“The only reason people lock their car doors when Obama walks by is they are afraid he’ll tax them to death…” he wrote.

Woods, a fast-talking actor whose career spans decades, is possibly best known for his role in Sergio Leone’s gangster classic, “Once Upon a Time in America.” He also appeared in “Nixon,” “The Onion Field,” and numerous other films.

Woods most recently appeared in 2013‘s “White House Down.”

Earlier this week, Woods went on a tear against Rolling Stone magazine for its controversial choice to publish a photo of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on its cover.

“These money hungry scum will even cash in on something like the Boston atrocity for their thirty pieces of silver. Boggles the mind…” he wrote.

So Glad this is winding down.
Watching Fox News Sunday.
No violence yesterday. GOOD.

Rev Al Bellowing.

Got a new slogan:

WE GOTTA TURN-AROUND STAND-YR-GROUND!!!

:hide: :hide: :hide: :hide: :hide: :hide:

Where is the face palm emoticon?

Sometimes I feel a need to listen to the MSM and the SCREAMING HYENA CABLE NETWORKS just to

sample the atmosphere the way a meteorologist would....but I think I can just go back to 'expecting

the worst' and leave it at that.

Bad news....this will be used to bash gun rights. Good news: Gun Owners showed considerable strength during

the last round of attacks and the upshot is: WE ARE AMERICANS DON'T EFF WITH OUR CONSTITUTION.

I think we are strengthened by this challenge but it shows how divided by race we are AND.......

ALL CAPS...THE GEORGE ZIMMERMAN LYNCH MOB EXPERIENCE DEFINES THE END OF 'RACIAL INTEGRATION'

OR 'THE END OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT' or what ever you want to call it or however you want to describe it.

MARXIST-SOCIALIST POLITICS CAN NOT UNDO THE HARM OF SLAVERY. The wild optimism of the 60's GREAT SOCIETY has

ended with the

ATTEMPTED LYNCHING BY THE GOVERNMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL CITIZEN EXERCISING A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT.

I'm waiting for some conservative smart-mouth comedian to do a parody of MLK's speech and call it:

'I HAD A DREAM"

In my opinion the hard work of the 50's civil rights movement which resulted in the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and ultimately

the first 'half-black' president has been SQUANDERED.

We've gone from Medgar Evers and MLK to Obama/ Holder / Sharpton / (thug-teen) Travon.

The Marxist-Leninist Socialists of all colors are NOT THE ENEMY...but they are THE OPPOSITION.

This isn't your grandfather's America.

Good post. Filled out the questionnaire based on my knowledge at the time of the verdict, not what I learned from hard research. The liberal media is hell bent on ruining America.
