Jesse Ventura served with Scathing Rebuke by Eric Bolling.

Jesse Ventura served with Scathing Rebuke by Eric Bolling.

Eric Bolling, on of 'The Five' on Fox @ 4:00 pm gave an especially harsh rebuke of Jesse Ventura today....saying 'The Mexican Village you're living in called and wants it's Idiot Back. :D :D :D

Jesse is suing the widow of a special forces sniper over statements about him in a book...and Jesse will not let it go.

Jesse's 3 accomplishments are

Light Rail,
Greater variety of fireworks available
License plate tab cost the same regardless of vehicle cost.

That's it.

Thanks Jesse.

Jesse Ventura, "The Stinker' not 'The Thinker'

Jesse, squeezing one out in 1998:

Jesse Ventura’s lawsuit against “American Sniper” author Chris Kyle -- purportedly the deadliest-ever American servicemen -- can proceed with the war hero’s widow as a substitute defendant, a judge has ruled.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Arthur Boylan reportedly wrote in his decision concerning Ventura’s defamation suit, “(if) a party dies and the claim is not extinguished, the court may order substitution of the proper party.”

Boylan subsequently named Taya Kyle, executor of her husband’s estate, as replacement defendant, the StarTribune of Minneapolis reports.

Ventura, whose resume includes noted turns as Minnesota governor, WWF wrestler, Navy SEAL, and Hollywood actor, sued Kyle over an unflattering anecdote the sniper slipped into his 2012 book.

Specifically, Kyle alleged that during a 2006 tete-a-tete, the duo duked it out at a California bar after Ventura badmouthed the second Iraq War, the United States, in general, as well as then-President George W. Bush.

Kyle, who served four tours of duty during the second Iraq War, was fatally shot in February by a fellow vet he and friend Chad Littlefield had squired to a Texas gun range.

The shooter, Eddie Ray Routh, is said to suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, and Kyle was trying to aid the troubled former soldier. Routh, instead, tragically turned the gun on Kyle and Littlefield, killing both men.

Kyle is thought to be the most lethal American serviceman in history, with upwards of 160 confirmed kills in combat.

Ventura – who had his own nom de guerre -- “The Body” -- during his wrestling career and who famously appeared in “Predator,” a cult Hollywood classic – was not named in Kyle’s book, but instead therein referred to as “Scruff Face.”

Kyle later told TV audiences during an interview that “Scruff Face,” was, indeed, the former Minnesota chief executive.

A Ventura attorney had argued Taya Kyle should be substituted as a defendant because Chris Kyle's estate will continue to profit from book sales and a recent movie deal, and Ventura has a right to protect his reputation.

Taya Kyle's attorney had argued Ventura would be better off dropping the case, saying that going forward would give the perception that Ventura had little regard for loved ones of deceased war heroes.

I seem to recall also getting money back because we had a surplus when he was in office.

I also recall that when he won, the news media was unprepared. They had 2 stacks of papers, one for Dems and one for Repubs, and zero for anyone else. I switched to every station and they were all stammering idiots.

Remember that HF1437 or whatever bill it was that Dayton vetoed for SYG in MN? What do you think Jesse would have done if it came before him as Governor? Veto it? or sign it into law?

No one is perfect. Everyone would be criticized. However, of the Governors we've had in office we've had since Jesse, which one(s) would you have had in vs. Jesse and why? I'm curious. Discuss.

I voted for Jesse the first time I was legally allowed to vote. His years in office taught me to respect my vote a little more than thinking it would be fun to vote in an unapologetic imbecile instead of the run of the mill imbeciles we normally have to pick from. I am thankful for the run of the mill imbeciles now.

Pawlenty signed the MCPPA 2003 while the ink was still wet. If not mistaken he had it brought over to the Gov Mansion the day it passed so that it would go into effect 30 days later.

I'm NOT a Republican, but I can't think of ANY DEMOCRAT I could vote for.

Jesse turned out to be an angry windbag.

I voted for Emmer. He had guns on his campaign website, not his collection but his family out hunting.

His old campaign website is hash....couldn't find the shot I was looking for.

When I first saw this I loved how politically correct all those guns were....that and a family of 7 kids.

Defending the Second Amendment

As a gun owner and avid hunter, I believe our Second Amendment rights are clear and non-negotiable. In spite of recent Supreme Court rulings that comfirm the individual right to own firearms, gun owner rights are under constant attack by those who would restrict or eliminate gun ownership altogether. I proudly received the endorsement of the NRA in my state representative elections and will continue to defend the right of law abiding citizens and sportsmen to own and carry firearms.

I don't claim to know anything about the lawsuit ... frankly, I don't give a ****! FWIW, I think it'd serve him better to drop it ... but again, I really don't know anything about it!

What that's got to do with what kinda governor he was, I can't imagine!

I think it's cute how ... now ... everyone claims to either not have voted for him ... or suffered a momentary lapse in judgement! ... so, he won ... cause ... only "idiots" voted for him?!

As I remember it, we had a choice between Skip Humphrey (D), Norm Coleman (D R), and da Body! ... a Devilcrat ... ex-Devilcrat ... and one of the greatest Wrastling commentators of all time!

Frankly, I'd seriously question the judgement of anyone who voted for either of the other two!

In hindsight, clearly, Norm was willing to play ball! ... how anyone might've known that, before the end of his first Senate term, I can't imagine! ... maybe everyone but me was clairvoyant?! ;)

FWIW, as I recall, light rail was already in progress ... and he was purdy well powerless to dictate terms to the legislature ... he simply approved more money for something that was already millions down the ****ter!

... moreover, the only way he was able to cut everyone's tabs to $100, was to split the surplus 3 ways ... between hisself, the Devilcrats, and the GOP!

I don't know what anyone expected him to do ... with a legislature that simply wanted him to go away?! ... at that, I'd rather have someone powerless to change anything ... than someone to greenlight bull**** like light rail, in the first place!

I'd take him back, in a heartbeat! ... that said, I don't imagine he's gonna win too many more popularity contests, suing a war hero's widow!

At the time Ventura seemed much more able to form cogent thoughts. Not quite sure what happened. At the end ofthe day though, he treated the governors mansion the same as the wrestling ring. Can't spend your entire political career picking fights with everyone..

Wait....

Can't be a non-democrat and spend your whole political career picking fights with everyone.

Didn't he close the governors mansion and get the staff off the public payroll?

You native Minnesotans are so used to being taxed that no one mentioned that Jesse cut the top and bottom state income tax brackets. I'd take him over the miserable wreck we have now.

So how exactly did Kyle have Jesse's back? DIdn't Kyle making fun of Ventura start this whole thing?

And I voted for him. I'd do it again right now if we could replace Dayton.

Isn't the timeless bleeder the genius who moved a big chunk of school funding from local to state level? Supposedly to lower property taxes.

Amazing how the proposition that centralizing power will save money keeps convincing the electorate.

That said, I'd probably vote for the Ego to replace Dayton. At least he wouldn't out-left the Dems. Except if he felt like it when he woke up that morning. Or his dog told him to.
