I saw them too, but they were too busy showing off their tattoos to some girls to have any sort of situational awareness.

What's scariest about this for me, is these aren't your pizza-box recruited garden-variety TSA employees who have no law-enforcement power. The agents pictured in the article are from the DHS police--and have full arrest powers.

When I used to fly, I had no problem telling an uppity TSA screener to fark off (I was once detained for more than an hour for calling one a moron at MSP). I don't think I'd do that with the DHS agents.

What are the carry implications here? I carry to Target Field all the time, and I ride the train to get there. Am I required to disclose to Federal Agents, or just local LE?
