It's not political correctness at all. I like to refer to it as "proper terminology" or something similar. Actually it is a term used by doctors when referring to a patient that has irreversible severe brain damage. Political correctness refers to the tyranny with manners that is imposed upon us by the leftists in order to regulate speech and thought. You should know all about that as you probably subscribe to that school of thought as well.
