I read the article. What Officer Graig doesn't mention is that there are many armed citizens in Detroit. Unfortunately they are the criminals.

Michigan actually has pretty lenient firearms laws, plus Stand Your Ground. Maybe people could buy a foreclosed property there that's still in good shape and set up their own compound. :lol:
