I suspect the girlfriend learned a valuable safety lesson that she will never be able to forget.

He was attempting to demonstrate the safety of the handguns by holding them to his head and pulling the trigger.

The man's girlfriend told authorities he had been drinking most of the day before the incident took place.

Hopefully she learned something about picking boyfriends too...

Negligently, not accidentally. The media and antis may not care but we should know the difference and emphasize it when required.
