But what is the name of the provider of your insurance policy? The bank is just the rep for some insurance company, right? What is the insurance company's name? My independent agent has looked many times for me and the phrases "$30k coverage" and "pretty cheap" has been impossible to find. Knowing your company's name would allow me or my agent to check rates with it.
