So let me get this straight. The usual cast of rent-a-mob liberal activists is going to start another anti-NRA astroturf organization to bring the NRA to it's knees.

I guess this anti-NRA astroturf organization will succeed where the last dozen or so astroturf organizations failed?

Color me unimpressed.

Here's a trivia question.

Without looking, can anyone name for me the anti-NRA gun owners group the left created several year ago? This group was supposedly for gun owners who were for reasonable gun control.

Oh yeah, and it was touted by the left media as going to bring the NRA to it's knees.

They get hammered pretty good on many forums, and their only web presence appears to be on bookface.

..came across a rather thoughtful analysis of such organizations on another board:

IIRC, they were created just before one of the midterm elections during the Obama years.

Point being, they were just another attempt heralded by the left, to burry the NRA.

Now years latter, no one even remembers them.
