Good luck with that. Hope NY AG shows how much money tax payers just lost on a BS lawsuit.

This escapade may have less to do with alleged wrongdoing than it does with increasing her name recognition before she runs for higher office. :roll:

If the lawsuit succeeds, she's a hero to an particular audience. If the lawsuit fails, she's a hero to the same audience. For her, it's a win - win situation.

Yep; lots of free nationwide pub for attempting this stunt.

From what I have read so far, looks like they are going after Wayne's spending habits. Didn't see what the counter suit was.

So, if the AG is looking to;
And now, she’s deployed the full power of the Attorney General’s office to take down the NRA – with a lawsuit to revoke our New York corporate charter that’s been in effect since 1871, dissolve our Association, and dispose of our assets as she sees fit, including our membership roster.

Can't they re-incorporate in a jurisdiction that isn't hostile to the entity? Why mess with a bunch of AHoles.....pick up your marbles and move somewhere that is not antagonistic to your very existence.....

The cynical side of me thinks that having a foil actively seeking your dissolution can potentially be helpful in fundraising.....
