Lobbying is done by the NRA-ILA, which I believe is separate.

But where did all the money go? You can’t just file bankruptcy as a strategy. You have to be bankrupt first.

Bankruptcy is about reorganization, not necessarily about debt.
The debts will need be transferred to the new corporation, there is nothing to suggest that they won't be paid.
