Hancock man arraigned after driving intoxicated, shooting snowbank
Shortly after midnight on Tuesday, March 12, the Hancock Police Department was called out on reports of numerous gun shots.

Once arriving to the scene on the 1200 block of Ingot Street, officers found a 37-year-old Hancock man standing outside his vehicle, which was stuck in a snowbank.

Officers also found numerous bullet casings on the ground. It appeared shots had been fired into the snowbank.

A clear case of self defense?

I never had issues with snow banks.

I did, though, on two occasions, have a guard rail come at me out of nowhere and slam into my car.

I shot at a snowbank quite a bit last winter. But not in anger, I was doing some load development and there was just too much snow to get down to the shooting range.
