And that's the reason that Minnesota Gun Owners are happy to continue donating to MNGOC vs. sending donations out of state. You guys are punching way above your weight and we are very grateful and supportive. Congratulations to you and the MNGOC team!

Thanks!

We worked on this case with the 2nd Amendment Foundation + the Firearms Policy Coalition who BY FAR bore the brunt of the costs involved.

Keith Ellison has asked for an emergency stay to consider an appeal and for implementation time -- we're opposing this, there will be a hearing on 10 April in federal court.

Here's our opposition to the AG's Motion:

I have been told a couple different scenarios on this. One is that it will be 30 days and the other says 60 days before this takes effect because it has to be implemented.

So what is it, effective now, 60 days or what?

The judge has not issued the final judgment yet pending the outcome of the hearing on emergency stay that was held yesterday. We expect to have that decision from the judge this week.

There is a detailed set of frequently asked questions on the case page on our website at https://gunowners.mn/worth.
