Red Flag (gun confiscation) Laws used MALICIOUSLY???

Here's another, famous one, that's already played out where the Red Flag (gun confiscation) Law was used against a police officer. Susan Holmes was found guilty of lying and sentenced to two years probation for her attempt to 'Red Flag' the officer. Holmes still claims she did nothing wrong.
