Well, this is a pretty big deal, and if it were anyone else (his gun shop, private gun owner, etc.) the story would have made the evening news easily. I don't think he's trying to make them look bad, just to be held accountable and come out reassuring the public they changed whatever failure that allowed this to happen.
Well I am sure steps were taken to prevent this with or without Mark Kosicelski's tip to the news.
But it seems odd, or possible that some other agenda is being served when the people sponsoring the website (Kosicelski's Guns) as shown here http://missingguns.net/Missing_A-C.html are the same people calling media outlets with tips.

Channel 9 poking their nose around won't necessarily give you the answer you are looking for. I just don't buy into your idea that calling the tip line was a noble piece of public service.

I called them and meet with them and give them the list of stolen gun, so I did a little more than called them. I never said this was a noble piece of public service. You do need to get a life.
