Wow too bad she didn't have a shot gun and just step out and fire a couple rounds off to scare him away..
Edit to add :weak attempt at slam on Biden for his comments about what women should do to protect themselves.Hopefully they find him and he doesn't have an opportunity to do it again, But I have a feeling the cop's have met him a few times and he might have a list of similar offenses.

I doubt that she would have used a gun if it was available after hearing that she consciously chose to just take all the hits without even resisting.
I get what she is saying about worrying he might go after the daughter if she caused trouble, but honestly it is not a wise choice to let someone beat all the fight out of you in the hope that after you are incapable of doing anything any more that he won't go after your hild as well.
As for the guy, find him, arrest him and hit him with everything legally you can.
