Looks like their "No Guns" policy is an epic fail. Next.

But just imagine how often they'd be robbed if they weren't posted!

You probably shouldn't take so much joy in someone being robbed at gunpoint. It doesn't say good things about you as a person.

No one was hurt. And the company brought it on themselves. Karmic justice, IMO.

We have a right to carry and they have a right to ask us not to carry on their property.

I'm pretty sure it's not posted. I've met some co-workers there in the past and it wasn't.

Of any issues the Second Saturday Breakfast had with Old Country Buffet, guns weren't among them.

Yabut, yabut ... it's corporate policy man! Therefore it is OK to rob them at gun point even if there isn't a sign at that particular location, donchaknow...

Or, if you prefer -

It couldn't possibly have happened if it wasn't against corporate policy to possess legally carried firearms on their premises, we can prove this is the case, and here is the proof:

Excellent points. ;)

Perhaps we should investigate corporate policy of the numerous grocery chains, discount and department stores, the companies that light and heat our homes, the auto dealers, etc, etc, and thoroughly, as opposed to selectively adjust our spending habits... :?

Being familiar with just some of them, I'm pretty sure acting consistently would leave us at the least dark and cold.

That's my mistake, then. I assumed that they were posted. Any place that advertises, willingly, that patrons are unarmed targets, gets no sympathy from me if they are targeted by criminals. Neither do they get my business (with the very rare exception).

And as I said in my original comment, I'm glad no one was hurt. What I do find funny (and by funny I mean hypocritical) is reading when a gun grabber becomes a victim of violence and suddenly "finds God and the 2nd amendment".

I was under the impression that you were safer at Old Country Buffet taking your chances with an armed bandit than you were eating the food.
Donald Trump got more fat women moving in one day than Michelle Obama did in eight years.
