OK, who do I complain to...these are barebones reports...It used to be very informative as to how robberies / assaults went down...such as person was approached at bus stop and was asked for a cigarette ...etc.

Why are these reports clipped?

Note the action at 52nd and Bryant Avenue North. I don't know how this guy is still in Business. Seems to be a very SCARY place to be even with a .45 on your hip. I've "Heard" this fellow sell cigs to minors as well as smoking right inside the store.
Bad enough the crime is outside the store, but now it's moving in and "Robbing" the store? Seems the crooks aren't too bright to bite the hand that feeds them . . . . . .

Re: Reports From the 4th, Minneapolis

Postby Lumpy on Mon Dec 30, 2013 2:15 pm

I live in the "Cleveland" neighborhood of the 4th, and I'm a subscriber to the police reports. Fortunately it's a little quieter in my neighborhood but Penn Ave isn't that far away and the bus stops on Penn & 36 and Penn & Lowry seem to be perpetual trouble spots.
