When I get a chance, I like to check ABC's site to see just how biased they still are. For example, as I write this, the "top" story is "OUT OF THE SHADOWS: Gay Illegal Immigrant Fights Deportation to Iran".
But this article is "attempting" to offer "both" sides of the "cost of illegal immigrants". And, by my guess, they've succeeded.
IOW, ABC has seen fit to afford people equal time, to suggest that something, by it's very name is ILLEGAL, is actually a "good" thing!
Put another way, if "their" argument has ANY merit ... then work with the LEGAL immigration system, to get the same people into the country.
So ya get millions of morons, reading this tripe, and "deciding" to "support" ILLEGAL immigration ... and voting for people like Osama and Frankenstein.
It's no wonder this country's so F'd up.
I'll tell ya one thing ... if the issue is that they don't pay taxes ... and that's "good" for the economy ... sign me up! And, by my reckoning, I should get that long before anyone who "just got here" ... let alone, ain't paid $1 in taxes ... vs. my TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars ... and counting! And that's not including the higher cost of healthcare ... which raises my premiums ... 'cause they get treated ... in the ER ... for free! And the schools ... to teach 'em how to speak Engl... nevermind! And the prisons ... for when they're caught ... or, at the least, gas for a bus-ride "home" ... 'til they come back ... and break more of our laws ... again!
Where's the **** outrage?!
