Chief’s arsenal found in backyard fort

The Sebeka police chief might be a little embarrassed after finding police equipment he thought had been stolen from his house in a fort his kids built in the backyard.

Lucky kids, all we had were BB guns, bottle rockets and rocks to defend our forts.

Of course. Two or more guns is an "arsenal" in the eyes of the media.

In the story it was no guns unless I mis-read it.

I am not even sure there need to be guns. I remember the story about the dufus Chicago Bear who was arrested. The story said HE HAD 500 ROUNDS OF AMMUNITION IN HIS HOME, A VIRTUAL ARSENAL!!!!
I do not believe in the collective wisdom of individual ignorance.

If 500 rds is an arsenal, and if 500-10,000 is a stockpile, then I've started an arms race toward armagedon.
I got nothin'

Unfortunately Stun/Flash Grenades are classified as destructive devices by the ATF.

Yes, this is a "no gun" arsenal in this particular instance. If the flashbangs and stun grenades are destructive devices according to the BATFECES, this kid was harboring weapons of terror in the eyes of the modern pseudo-journalist.
