The Nuge schools Piers Morgan on Gun Control.......

[quote][When Morgan pointed out that 80 people a day die from gunshot wounds in America, Nugent argued that "78 of those 80 are let out of their cages by corrupt judges and prosecutors who know the recidivism is out of control, know that they'll commit the crimes again, and they let them walk through plea bargaining, early release, and programs. Kiss my ass. Where you have the most armed citizens in America, you have the lowest violent crime rate. Where you have the worst gun control, you have the highest crime rate."

I wish someone would school the Nuge on how to not be such a jackhole.

He needs to support guns, not just bitch about all the judges, cops and ithers in the legal system.

This approach might appeal to some frustrated gunnies, but the people we need to convince just use him as an example of a gun nut.

I think you watched a different interview than I. He made sure we looked like the crazies the liberals portray us to be. Can we not get a spokesperson that shows that we are not all loonies with tinfoil hats living in bunkers?

Yours maybe, not mine... the idiots who have ND's in Walmart or those who shoot someone while cleaning their guns are hurting our image.

Ted Nugent has done/contributed more for so many good causes than most of us ever will in a lifetime.

Yep, and this attention overshadows some of good things he's done; youth anti-drug use campaigns, 'take-a-kid-hunting stuff'...

Actually, no. He is prone to hyperbole and exaggeration.
