Is their fairgrounds a legitimate "no-gun" zone delineated in their carry law or is this some supercilious nonsense by bureaucrats? Are they playing the Minnesota State Fair card of being a "public entity" when it gives them immunity and financial gain and a "private entity" when that serves their own purposes as well?

Good question, although their laws have a lot to be desired, I "think" if posted no carry, it means no carry, unlike MN's little loophole of needing to be TOLD it!
