A state legislator says he was "scared to death" when he was robbed outside his north Minneapolis home.

Representative Willie Dominguez says two young men robbed him of $40 in the driveway of his home Wednesday night, shortly after he returned from the state Capitol.

Dominguez says one of the robbers held a gun to his face.

Dominguez was not hurt.

Police are looking for suspects.

No description of the suspects :( But have been a couple of white boys so they dont want to release descriptions as they dont want to scare any one, cause some white boys are running around over north robbing people :o :o
Really i am your worst Nightmare, for i walk the night and the cover of darkness belongs to me :D

I'm sure they were nice young men, just about to turn their lives around! They only needed the money to buy their Gramma a new Bible...

Do you think he might want to carry his own gun now... no way that would be common sense

I believe Rothman has already sent him an offer for free training.

Yeah, I did offer a class to him.

Dear Representative Dominguez,

I am sorry to hear of your recent armed robbery, and I'm relieved that you emerged unscathed. As you are no doubt aware, we can become targets of crime when and where we least expect it.

If you are interested, I would be happy to arrange a mutually convenient time for a Minnesota Permit to Carry class. Although I often offer these classes to victims of violent crime at no charge, I would understand if you felt more comfortable, given Minn. Stat. 609.42, paying the standard fee.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best,

If he does decide to get a permit to carry, he may go someplace else for training since he may not want his name splashed all over some forum.
Maybe it is me, but I think in most cases that it isn't anyone business who take my class. Also strange that I have been getting a lot of students from the metro area, maybe cause they want to get the training and a permit and are trying to keep as low profile as possible?

You know what happens when you assume, right?

Maybe it is me, but I think in most cases that it isn't anyone business who take my class.

For me, it's all cases, unless the student specifically says otherwise. I am sure you never meant to imply anything else, right?
