...yeah so he can plead insanity. So sad. There is something about psychos and their bullets finding little kids. It seems to happen more than adults are hit.
I remember a few years back a few streets down from where I lived, a gang did a drive-by on the wrong house and hit and killed a child who was being held by her uncle giving her a piggy-back ride. Its hard to understand why or how things like that can happen.
