The explicit detail of the article really highlights the stupidity of the participants. The reporter's play by play narration is not something often seen in an story of an ongoing criminal investigation.

Ok IMHO, this went horribly wrong when this happened....
"He said he called 911 and began following the Dodge as it headed for the freeway and" AND what!? Got into a gunfight he did not need to finish.
He was shot at and lived and the shooters drove away. Be thankful you lived through it and head for the nearest cop. :roll:
