I wonder if some of those were 'free' training rounds? Bugs me that being a cop entitles him to full auto, he doesn't seem to be any more mentally collected than I feel I am, really comes off as a bit of a spaz to me. Seems weird that this is acceptable behavior when normal citizens can't walk around where its legal to open carry with rifles that 'look' full auto, without even firing a single shot and expect to not get stopped and answer questions.
