In answer to the question the title poses: It looks like it depends on who you ask.
There is far more attention given to the breed of the dogs shot then the fact that essentially nothing that was the subject of the search was found on the premises.

Someone needs to be held personally accountable for this. As long as the taxpayers keep cleaning up these fubars they'll just continue to be the justification for commonplace police para-military stunts.

Well, at least they were able to get "a small amount of marijuana residue, some clothing, and a bong" off the streets.

I'm not complaining mind you... As long as there's a weight limit attached to the law somehow...

Yeah, but it was good PR for the police who have had a pretty strained relationship with a lot of minorities :roll:

In N MPLS the people risk living with the gangbangers running loose as opposed to cooperating with police. This won't help.
Someone needs to lose a job-and more- over this.
