His victims were both 12 years old at the time they were raped. He also faces charges in another jurisdiction of raping his 2 children when they were young, too. His sentences are earned and appropriate.

Edit: I read that until fairly recently that his crimes carried the death penalty in Louisiana. Not sure if their courts or the Supreme Court changed that.
