Sierra Bullets Sold to Clarus Corporation

Clarus Corporation (NASDAQ: CLAR) has completed the acquisition of Sierra Bullets, L.L.C. (“Sierra”)
for $79 million, subject to a post-closing working capital adjustment. The transaction is expected to
be immediately accretive to Clarus’ earnings per share.

Just read this elsewhere. Wow, this came out of the blue. Don't know anything about the company who purchased sierra but is this good or bad?

Black Diamond makes good stuff. I think these guys will roll with what's working unlike some other unmentioned acquisition outfits we're all familiar with.
