Permit holder shooting/death in Rochester

I don't believe that he's been charged yet, sounds like that decision will be made tomorrow.

But, if it's true that he went back to his car for the gun, that's bad news.

Why is it that the police and the media continue to call out when someone involved in an incident has a carry permit? I thought that information was private? Isn't someone committing a crime here? If so, why are they not facing repercussions?

I continue to be confused by those revelations as well.

The shooter's account of returning to his car for the pistol is going to hang him.

How damaged was his car, could he have driven away? How pissed were the other people? Could he have locked himself in his car? Would they have broken out the windows?

Seems there is more to the story and I wouldn’t start hanging the rope just yet.

there is always more to the story than what you are hearing. That's what the courts are for. The reporting would not indicate this guy is in a good position.

He went back to grab his phone and firearm. And put the pistol in his pocket. He didn’t come from his car brandishing the gun.

Remember, to the media the permit holder is always the bad guy.

Appears he might be a bad guy to the cops as well, the observations of the cop, which are mentioned in the complaint, note the 'Gun Control means hitting your Target' bumper sticker on the shooters car, for whatever reasons....

Reading the complaint, it becomes abundantly clear of the need not speak to the cops without a lawyer present.

Especially if there is any doubt whatsoever as to the circumstances. Three hostile witnesses giving their story. Yours had better be perfect.
