People Arming Themselves in St. Paul Neighborhood in Response to Summer Crime

There are at least two dozen people on St. Paul's North End obtaining permits to
carry a concealed weapon in response to a summer increase in crime.

St. Paul Police spokesperson, Steve Linders, said police are also stepping up patrols

I guess the mayor could always go on a fact finding tour of san francisco or chicago?
