Might be a wise thing for NJ gun owners to make friends with people in other states...or better yet join them.

In other magazine bans I believe they have had wording that excludes tubular magazines. That would allow you to keep the tube magazine rimfires and the like.

If I read that correct tube magazines are included in this law.

Checking the official website, that document is not there. This is the most recent directive from that office; similar, but different. I'm no handwriting expert, but the sigs look different...

All new gun laws should apply to both on-duty, off-duty and retired police officers. No exceptions.
