Maybe I missed something, but it appeared to me that it was Washingon, not Illinois, that brought the action.
The insurance company - Illinois Union - was fined by the Washington Insurance Commissioner.

Nope. Philly I believe. You can name anything anything. I could name my fish house Waikiki beach if I wanted to. Does not make it in Hawaii

Which explains why one of the largest Swiss banks is UBS - United Bank of Scotland.

If you don't like either of those, the United bank of gun collecting is accepting deposits. I act as president and teller. It is NOT insured and all deposits are converted to ammo for storage. I can not guarantee that deposits will not have been shot but the time you come to withdraw. Sometimes their is once fired brass left though so at least it is something
