So the article mentioned one of the guns was a lever action. How soon after they ban ARs here until they start calling grandpa’s .30-30 an assault rifle?

I haven’t checked into the details. Did this guy legally acquire his firearms? Had he previously done anything that would have disqualified him from anything?
