It's a long shot, but this might wake up a few people.
Those who promote 'diversity' might change their view after it shows up in their neighborhood and murders someone.

I think it's a shame that the people really responsible for this woman's death are not on trial, specifically those who with all the evidence he was not officer material gave him a gun and a badge anyway.

Seems to fit the Diversity for the sake of diversity........PragerU: Conservatives are accused of racism by the left on a daily basis. Are the accusations fair? Or is something else going on? http://prgru.com/gzjP43

Former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor has been found guilty of third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in the fatal shooting of Justine Ruszczyk Damond. He was acquitted of second-degree murder.

609.19 MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE.
Subdivision 1.Intentional murder; drive-by shootings.
Whoever does either of the following is guilty of murder in the second degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 40 years:
(1) causes the death of a human being with intent to effect the death of that person or another, but without premeditation; or

As I read the statute Number (1) above it is the only one in the whole section on Murder in the Second Degree that could apply to the case. All the others subsections are tied to a different set of circumstances.

The jury must have felt that the shooting was intended to stop the threat and not to kill.

Ex-cop Noor found guilty of murder in Ruszczyk killing

Evan Frost at MPR News wrote:A jury on Tuesday found former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor guilty on charges of third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in the killing of 911 caller Justine Ruszczyk.

He was acquitted of second-degree intentional murder. Noor was led out of the courtroom in handcuffs following the verdict. Sentencing is scheduled for June 7.

I read in the (Star Trib maybe???) that the judge denied the defences request that Noor be released until sentencing.

I wonder how he’ll be received in jail/prison? Will they hail him as a hero or persecute him because he’s a cop?

Probably depends on how many weeks he gets.
